wise men say, only fools rush in..

its formal season again (well, it seems like the talk of the town as of the moment.. then again, i do hang out with high schoolers XD). ahh! so much fun :D i totally remember the excitement, the anxiety, the dressing up & of course the night itself.

my year12 formal was exactly how i imagined it, it was supposedly perfect. it was what i had imagined since year 8. the makeup, the dress, the tiara & of course most important accessory of all.. the date ;)

yet it wasn't all that i hoped it would be. i guess, in reality things don't always turn out the way we want. things aren't always 'perfect'. when reality doesn't meet our expectations = disappointment.

so what now? do we lower our expectations, not to get hurt? you tell me.

i guess we'll just have to wait.. wait on God. In Him, all is perfect.
