Heloo all Sarah's blog readers! Today's post will be brought to you by Jn.
And Suwii's here. :) Srh picked me and sherlz up at our respective housies at 7pm ish doing some smooth normal living on the edge running through green light manouver (none of us highly scoring english vce people know how to spell manouver so there! spelling isnt everything for all u young readers out there x))
and then suwii and li came. we wiied together happily. then wii debated what dinner to have so we lor went to the Pines to see if anything was at Coles and bought 99c bread which we toasted in the morning and have leftovers. Safeway and nandos and pizza was on our menu too.
we had dinner at 9 and wiied again. cookies were made while jn showered. and then we ate it when we watcdhed Dupree.
from 2am onwards we talked deep&meaningless talk about people and bhs and teachers and posing and boys and people.
we all slept together on the carpet in our sleepingbags from 6am to 9am. 3 hours wooo! i had a nightmare about pirates coz we were watching it just before we slept.
then we pancaked.
and wii danced.
and talked to lili on the bigscreen on msn. and cat also.
oh phileo just passed the door.
ok have to go now. the girls are waiting for me.

two hours till my house will be filled with screaming girls for the next 24 hours or so . and so i shall take this oppotunity to post about my weekend .

saturday

work 8am - 1pm as the usual . i saw my english tutor's husband and little boy who has grown much since i last saw him in october last year xD

after work, i drove straight to footscary aka minhui's ghetto hood . for her birthday celebration :D and yes, in my safeway uniform . the food was spicy, disturbing vietnamese vidclips, her friends were scary (one hissed at me D:) , sarah came an hour late & the nutella cake was good :P. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MINHUI ! you're finally legal ^_________^V savour the nutella .

it was also tara's 21st that night, so after spending an hour or so looking for parking (never drive to the city on a saturday night) we arrived. i loved the music, the company, the drinks but not so much the janet jackson dvd playing on the plasma . the speeches were so funny though (: HAPPY 21st TARA :D :D


sunday

church was awesome . we sang ' saviour king ' - such a powerful song . oh man, i was crying like crazy . the moment of just being in God's pressence with hot tears running down your face because of the overwhelming feeling of love, mercy, awe and just worship is beyond this world.

after church we headed for lunch, then visited john & irene at the mercy . i am in love with baby imogen :) she's so gorgeous , but so tiny (: its so amazing .


after the hospital we headed to the city, and visited sarah ho's place . such a cool room xD we then spent the next two hours KARAOKING . haha and cause we were asian and wanted to have our money's worth we fast fowarded most of the songs so they were really fast . xD a lot of screaming, wailing, rapping but not a lot of singing . lloves it .

we headed to sticker photos which turned out funny =/ and then maccas for a cheap dinner as we were to splurge on chocolate ! we spent a while looking for koko black on collins , but ended up at mc max brenners where alex wong wouldnt give me free chocolate even though i have pics of him as juliet of romeo and juliet .

andd i got 99c yogo and m&ms and was dropped off by ida's dad aka uchang . 2

watch out world . sarah has her p's . despite nearly touching a car while changing lanes, leading to the tester making a sound of exclamation and at the end of the test saying "you passed, but its best not to scare the tester" . xD she was one of the nicest testers, i got a threepointturn (aka easiest) and what ? last night, jn & i (& franks friend vince) went to watch victory vs. south melbourne . what can i say ? 5-1 . victory, victorious of course :D it was freakinngg cold though .. and i like no.15 though i dont know his name .. madskillz . and we were like a metre away from ernie merrick ! and archie thompson aka red cardigan scored countless times..
oh and did i mention it was at the same venue we had our YEAR TWELVE FORMAL ? well, yes . it was :D a YEAR + day to the day (19th june was formal, 20th we visited venue for game). what a coincedence right ? so many memories flooding back, it was hard to concentrate on game .. made me a little sad :(

my brother and jem are in gold coast right now = so jealous . i NEED to go somewhere this holidays. even if its adelaide . i mean . nevermind . want to go to malaysia /singapore to see my boys in the asian cup D: but seriously . gah .

so while procrastinating, i was looking through my old bloggy of this time last year & last last year . and i thought it was quite interesting . so i thought i would post it .

21 June
the formal entry about my year twelve formal .

statistics in the past 48 hours :
5 hours of sleep
2 goals by brazil >=(
40 bobby pins , at least half a can of hairspray
114 photos ( i didnt upload all of them, still need to get some )

2 blocks of chocolate
1 lost voice

the day of the formal :
hairdressers for a few hours ( for both me and li ) . a LOT of hairspray . went to shoppo for my face appointment, and oh how i love getting my makeup done. rushed home, to find phobo arriving, and mikey ( and aunty lily, his mum ) already at my house, while i was still in my trakkiedaks. rushed to change. took many , MANY photos with mikey and family, standing, sitting, with parents, without parents, and stepped into phileo's VOMIT o____________o . fresh vomit . so my parents/mikey had to wash my dress. SO EMBARRASING . zomg.

the night of nights :
the rest of my gorgeous chickas arrived, OH WOW. truly beautiful inside and out. <3 took more group photos, with the limo, in the limo etc. very exciting. although the novelty of the limo ride wore off, it was the experience i guess. anyway, we got there safely and the night began. much photos, michael being my cameraman, much squeeling, some bitching, more photos ( including three sets of professional ones.. ) and just a little bit of dancydancing . the food sucked. oh and balloons ! but seriously, everyone looked FANTASTIC .

highlights of the night :
> backbalwynstreetboys performance . zomg have my babies !> my hair actually staying up the whole whole night . it was rock hard . wearing li's ARWEN ( lotr ) necklace . oh i was an elf .
> the school captain's sexy bare legs . jane actually kneeldown to take a picture of them, zomg if only the angle were a little higher
> TIM CAHILL LOOKALIKE BOUNCER GUY , but only from a distance, in the dark xD . but we still got a picture with him anyway. WAHAHA . poor guy .
> CRAZY DANCING all our 100% original dance moves created by me and jane in the school corridoors. LI DANCE ! COLLECTING BOOK DANCE ! MY SPAZ DANCE ! JANE's BUTT DANCE ! HAIR DANCE ! ANTHONY EMOTICON DANCE ! PENGUIN DANCE ! JEDI DANCE ! MATRIX DANCe ? and then we couldnt think of anymore, so we started again . LI DANCE ! COLLECTING BOOK DANCE ! MY SPAZ DANCE ! etc .
> singing at the top of our lungs int he last song .. LIVING ON A PRAYERRR !!! YEAHHH !! HOLD ON TIGHTT !! YEAHHHH !! LIVING ON A PRAYERR !! awesome song to finish the night off . even though i didnt know more than half the words .. YEAHHHHH !! LIVING ON A PRAYERR !!!
> but the real highlight was my perfect date, michael antonius hardy <3 what a sweetheart =] he took photos for me, followed me around, bought me a corsage, chocolate, jewellery, held my hand, slowdanced with me and gave me his jacket at the end of the night . thanks mikey ! i love you <3

okay, i came home.. and i started at really angry annoyed post about how much work experience sucked, but after eating.. ive calmed down.. but still.. i dont like it =/
best thing was that i start at 10am.. so i get to sleep in.. =] i got there, and i was really nervous.. but it was alright, because the staff peoples are really nice =] i have two who are looking after me.. jaqui and zana.. and they showed me around and such.. and then we did excerises with them.. it was so cute!! we did the hokey pokeyy!! =] i havent done that in AGESS!! it was fun ^^v.. but they cant.. stand.. so they're just sitting in their chairs.. looking at us.. [ me and jaqui ].. some were just sleeping..

then lunchtime came.. and i had to feeed them.. because they're all demented and cant feeed themselves.. i didnt even know what i was doing.. the first one didnt want to eat.. but i was like.. no, you have to eat.. and then.. suddenly she was like. IENWF:DSN!!!!! SDFJEWOINDS:ONS!!! [ iow . yells at me and i cant even understand her.. ] seriously, i was about to cry!! it was so scary.. ="( so jaqui asked me to do someone else, so she tries to feeed her.. and then.. the old lady just ate.. with no complaints!! how rude o____o..

so then jaqui gave me some other lady, and she didnt complain.. but i was still shaking from the lady before who yelled .. and then this lady, she was alright.. but then halfway through.. she started choking or something.. !!!! so scary.. so the nurse said i should just set up the tables next time.. so i dont haveta to worry about feeeding people anymoree.. *pheww* but still. not fun at all.

and then the day progressed.. and it got really boring.. zana made me talk to random old people [ who just sit around doing nothiing.. ] and it was kinda weird.. i didnt know what to say.. =/ they kept repeating themselves!! it was really akward.. and she just left me there for like.. half an hour.. and then moved me on to another old guy and another half an hour.. so draining.. o___o id rather.. actually do some work.. than talk to old people the whole day!!!

so that was my day .. it was the longest dayy.. everrr.. pleeease pray that the weeek will get better =/ coz im really not looking forward to tomorow!! *siigh* i want this week to be over.. =(

hand massaging , true loves and other ramblings . .

only two more days of work experience =] but its getting better actually.. because they didnt make me go upstairs.. [ the people upstairs are demented and cant move much or talk.. but the people downstairs can walk around and talk and stuff.. but they cant remember much or hear either.. ]

so basically, i give the residents hand massages [ and once i had to do a fooot massage ] in the morning, set up for lunch .. help the afternoon activities [ yesterday was coooking and crosswords, today we had a concert and knitting - and colouring for those who dont knit (aka me =P ) ] and set up for dinner! not much.. but the time goes past really sloww..
and when zana asks me to talk to the residents (aka old people) i dont know what to say.. becauase they cant hear me half the time.. and it gets annoying because i haveta repeat myself over and over really loud.. and then they repeat themselves over and over.. o___o anndd.. they keep on changing their stories.. james has two butcher shops.. but sometimes he has three? and edna is 90 or 92.. it changes =P but the people downstairs are really niice =] they call me love, and sweetheart and stuff ! so cute ^^v

anndd.. whats really sweet is that theres this married couple.. and betty, is like severely demented.. she cant talk or anything [ shees the one i had to feeed and nearly died on me ] but her husband comes in everyday without fail =] its so sweet!! he's like, she's my girl =] and yeah, its like in the notebook!! but like real-lifee!! and theres so many couples like that ~ in times where 50% of married couples divorced .. its really sweet to see !! and it gives us all hope ^^v so now.. i just haveta find my true love who will stay wit me till the end , even when im all demented ..

anywayyss.. tomorow we're going to greenborough plaza for an excursion with teh old people.. ! ohh.. and ms grant came to visit me yesterday ! i <3 her =] i used to think she was weird.. but she's so sweet and funny !! ill miss her .. but at least mr welch is back !! yayy ~

ramblings :

1. today i worked (today being public holiday yesss thankyou queen for being born) and i get 250% x 5 hours = 131 buckaroonies $$$ ! hello new zealand/noosa/adelaide .

2. i have started the contemplation process of Prosaka & Di Clemente's TransTheortical model in the reorganisation of my room . or was it the preparation stage ? no matter. my whole family is into it now, our house is slowy becoming an ikea showroom .

3. a week and bit to go to my Ps . and ive been talking to everyone about it . and yesterday i went driving with my dad and i went over the curb & took too many move for the parkings = fail . D: ZOMMGG . so plss pray , and pray hard for me (:

4. yesterday i went shopping with jane & ida and it was so much fun ! havent hung out with those girls for ages, and jane got a whole new pinafore outfit which was sooo cute ! i loved it . and ida got fluffies from the dressing gowns in target . tomorow im meeting up with the one and only jn which should be crazy & then dinner with steph who i havent seen in ages too . so holidays plans are fun :)

5. um so, how come i have no idea how to talk to him ? i just cant think of anything funny/remotely interesting to say to him D: something is wrong with me . and he must think im an idiot .. so.. do you like cheese ? more than any other animal by-product XD

my dad's not-so 50th birthday celebration

so its my dad's 50th on the29th of june, but since most people are going back to malaysia around that time, they decided to celebrate it a little earlier .


we went to SAN CHOI in kew, and about 57 people rocked up. we took up half the restuarant XD the food is random, the service was even worse, but the company was fantastic . or maybe a little crazy.

i left early for both of them so far.. by the time i got home for the first one, the exam hadn't even finished. which means i'm either really smart and fast . or i had no idea . methinks its the latter.


after exam plans

- movies: pirates; shrek3; romulus, my father (which im re-reading & apparently raimond gaita lectures at ACU ! havent seen him yet though..)

- redesign/fix up bloggy/ website (a plan from the last holidays)

- figure out how to edit movies .

- CLEAN ROOM . do a before and after shot, cause its TERRIBLE .

- catch up with highschool buds . possibly organise another 18th thing .

OH AND SHOPPING ! ive got a lot of birthday money that ive got to use up :D so who wants to come with me ?

it usually emcompasses the favourite movies, favourite music and all that jazz, but really when you think about it these aspect of me change every few years and can never really define me, as me.

but here are the basics anyway:
1. i'm left handed but drive with my right hand.
2. i like milk, but only safeway light milk.
3. i have a dog named phileo and he's white with a pink nose.
4. i am, after three crazy years, a registered nurse, division one.
5. i wish my life was a musical and i often burst into song and love it when people around me join in too
6. i'm sometimes just a mess but above it all, my jesus is always there to come to the rescue. he's pretty swell :)

so while procrastinating, i was looking through my old bloggy of this time last year & last last year . and i thought it was quite interesting . so i thought i would post it .


June 2006
21 June
the formal entry about my year twelve formal .

statistics in the past 48 hours :
5 hours of sleep
2 goals by brazil >=(
40 bobby pins , at least half a can of hairspray
114 photos ( i didnt upload all of them, still need to get some )
2 chick flicks
2 blocks of chocolate
1 lost voice

the day of the formal :
hairdressers for a few hours ( for both me and li ) . a LOT of hairspray . went to shoppo for my face appointment, and oh how i love getting my makeup done. rushed home, to find phobo arriving, and mikey ( and aunty lily, his mum ) already at my house, while i was still in my trakkiedaks. rushed to change. took many , MANY photos with mikey and family, standing, sitting, with parents, without parents, and stepped into phileo's VOMIT o____________o . fresh vomit . so my parents/mikey had to wash my dress. SO EMBARRASING . zomg.

the night of nights :
the rest of my gorgeous chickas arrived, OH WOW. truly beautiful inside and out. <3 took more group photos, with the limo, in the limo etc. very exciting. although the novelty of the limo ride wore off, it was the experience i guess. anyway, we got there safely and the night began. much photos, michael being my cameraman, much squeeling, some bitching, more photos ( including three sets of professional ones.. ) and just a little bit of dancydancing . the food sucked. oh and balloons ! but seriously, everyone looked FANTASTIC .

highlights of the night :
> backbalwynstreetboys performance . zomg have my babies !> my hair actually staying up the whole whole night . it was rock hard . wearing li's ARWEN ( lotr ) necklace . oh i was an elf .
> the school captain's sexy bare legs . jane actually kneeldown to take a picture of them, zomg if only the angle were a little higher
> TIM CAHILL LOOKALIKE BOUNCER GUY , but only from a distance, in the dark xD . but we still got a picture with him anyway. WAHAHA . poor guy .
> CRAZY DANCING all our 100% original dance moves created by me and jane in the school corridoors. LI DANCE ! COLLECTING BOOK DANCE ! MY SPAZ DANCE ! JANE's BUTT DANCE ! HAIR DANCE ! ANTHONY EMOTICON DANCE ! PENGUIN DANCE ! JEDI DANCE ! MATRIX DANCe ? and then we couldnt think of anymore, so we started again . LI DANCE ! COLLECTING BOOK DANCE ! MY SPAZ DANCE ! etc .
> singing at the top of our lungs int he last song .. LIVING ON A PRAYERRR !!! YEAHHH !! HOLD ON TIGHTT !! YEAHHHH !! LIVING ON A PRAYERR !! awesome song to finish the night off . even though i didnt know more than half the words .. YEAHHHHH !! LIVING ON A PRAYERR !!!
> but the real highlight was my perfect date, michael antonius hardy <3 what a sweetheart =] he took photos for me, followed me around, bought me a corsage, chocolate, jewellery, held my hand, slowdanced with me and gave me his jacket at the end of the night . thanks mikey ! i love you <3

okay, i came home.. and i started at really angry annoyed post about how much work experience sucked, but after eating.. ive calmed down.. but still.. i dont like it =/
best thing was that i start at 10am.. so i get to sleep in.. =] i got there, and i was really nervous.. but it was alright, because the staff peoples are really nice =] i have two who are looking after me.. jaqui and zana.. and they showed me around and such.. and then we did excerises with them.. it was so cute!! we did the hokey pokeyy!! =] i havent done that in AGESS!! it was fun ^^v.. but they cant.. stand.. so they're just sitting in their chairs.. looking at us.. [ me and jaqui ].. some were just sleeping..

then lunchtime came.. and i had to feeed them.. because they're all demented and cant feeed themselves.. i didnt even know what i was doing.. the first one didnt want to eat.. but i was like.. no, you have to eat.. and then.. suddenly she was like. IENWF:DSN!!!!! SDFJEWOINDS:ONS!!! [ iow . yells at me and i cant even understand her.. ] seriously, i was about to cry!! it was so scary.. ="( so jaqui asked me to do someone else, so she tries to feeed her.. and then.. the old lady just ate.. with no complaints!! how rude o____o..

so then jaqui gave me some other lady, and she didnt complain.. but i was still shaking from the lady before who yelled .. and then this lady, she was alright.. but then halfway through.. she started choking or something.. !!!! so scary.. so the nurse said i should just set up the tables next time.. so i dont haveta to worry about feeeding people anymoree.. *pheww* but still. not fun at all.

and then the day progressed.. and it got really boring.. zana made me talk to random old people [ who just sit around doing nothiing.. ] and it was kinda weird.. i didnt know what to say.. =/ they kept repeating themselves!! it was really akward.. and she just left me there for like.. half an hour.. and then moved me on to another old guy and another half an hour.. so draining.. o___o id rather.. actually do some work.. than talk to old people the whole day!!!

so that was my day .. it was the longest dayy.. everrr.. pleeease pray that the weeek will get better =/ coz im really not looking forward to tomorow!! *siigh* i want this week to be over.. =(

hand massaging , true loves and other ramblings . .

only two more days of work experience =] but its getting better actually.. because they didnt make me go upstairs.. [ the people upstairs are demented and cant move much or talk.. but the people downstairs can walk around and talk and stuff.. but they cant remember much or hear either.. ]

so basically, i give the residents hand massages [ and once i had to do a fooot massage ] in the morning, set up for lunch .. help the afternoon activities [ yesterday was coooking and crosswords, today we had a concert and knitting - and colouring for those who dont knit (aka me =P ) ] and set up for dinner! not much.. but the time goes past really sloww..
and when zana asks me to talk to the residents (aka old people) i dont know what to say.. becauase they cant hear me half the time.. and it gets annoying because i haveta repeat myself over and over really loud.. and then they repeat themselves over and over.. o___o anndd.. they keep on changing their stories.. james has two butcher shops.. but sometimes he has three? and edna is 90 or 92.. it changes =P but the people downstairs are really niice =] they call me love, and sweetheart and stuff ! so cute ^^v

anndd.. whats really sweet is that theres this married couple.. and betty, is like severely demented.. she cant talk or anything [ shees the one i had to feeed and nearly died on me ] but her husband comes in everyday without fail =] its so sweet!! he's like, she's my girl =] and yeah, its like in the notebook!! but like real-lifee!! and theres so many couples like that ~ in times where 50% of married couples divorced .. its really sweet to see !! and it gives us all hope ^^v so now.. i just haveta find my true love who will stay wit me till the end , even when im all demented ..

anywayyss.. tomorow we're going to greenborough plaza for an excursion with teh old people.. ! ohh.. and ms grant came to visit me yesterday ! i <3 her =] i used to think she was weird.. but she's so sweet and funny !! ill miss her .. but at least mr welch is back !! yayy ~

OH WOW! That's so cool to see what you wrote a year and two years ago! wowww!! =D awesome =) So this time last year was all about the yr 12 formal drama?? ahhhhhhhhhhh...lets not go there..but wow! I actually remember the 2006 post...not quite 2005! how interesting =D
oh I'm so full from the risotto tonight ;) and all that junk we ate today..lets seee..mcdonalds chips, RED SUNSET (HALF-STRENGTH DIVIDED BY THREE! LMAO), 1 crepe (shared between three again!), white wine! (something hill!), 2 sushis (pies for sar and jn) and did I miss anything out? There was Starbucks food too =P hahah..ok I'll stop. I bet I'm making ppl hungry ^^ woooottt

Mantoux Test =D *luv* NOT..GAVE ME TWO (YES TWO) UGLY UGLY HORRIBLE SCARS (result of granulation tissue by fibroblasts thanks P.B.S!) I only had two coz the first one wasn't a big enough scar or something..*SIGH* But it will be fine =D I'm sure your scar will be more pretty than mine ^^
As for more important things like finishing the exams - wooooooooooottt!! SO glad they are over! What a load lifted off our shoulders =D hip hip hooray! Really enjoyed today (yes it rhymes) so thanks =D I'm SO full!

ramblings :

1. today i worked (today being public holiday yesss thankyou queen for being born) and i get 250% x 5 hours = 131 buckaroonies $$$ ! hello new zealand/noosa/adelaide .

2. i have started the contemplation process of Prosaka & Di Clemente's TransTheortical model in the reorganisation of my room . or was it the preparation stage ? no matter. my whole family is into it now, our house is slowy becoming an ikea showroom .

3. a week and bit to go to my Ps . and ive been talking to everyone about it . and yesterday i went driving with my dad and i went over the curb & took too many move for the parkings = fail . D: ZOMMGG . so plss pray , and pray hard for me (:

4. yesterday i went shopping with jane & ida and it was so much fun ! havent hung out with those girls for ages, and jane got a whole new pinafore outfit which was sooo cute ! i loved it . and ida got fluffies from the dressing gowns in target . tomorow im meeting up with the one and only jn which should be crazy & then dinner with steph who i havent seen in ages too . so holidays plans are fun :)

5. um so, how come i have no idea how to talk to him ? i just cant think of anything funny/remotely interesting to say to him D: something is wrong with me . and he must think im an idiot .. so.. do you like cheese ? more than any other animal by-product XD

6. by the next time i post, i will, hopefully, be posting from MY NEW LAPTOP <3

my dad's not-so 50th birthday celebration

so its my dad's 50th on the29th of june, but since most people are going back to malaysia around that time, they decided to celebrate it a little earlier .


we went to SAN CHOI in kew, and about 57 people rocked up. we took up half the restuarant XD the food is random, the service was even worse, but the company was fantastic . or maybe a little crazy.

so onwards to PICTURES :D

two down, two to go : half time .

i left early for both of them so far.. by the time i got home for the first one, the exam hadn't even finished. which means i'm either really smart and fast . or i had no idea . methinks its the latter.


after exam plans

- movies: pirates; shrek3; romulus, my father (which im re-reading & apparently raimond gaita lectures at ACU ! havent seen him yet though..)

- redesign/fix up bloggy/ website (a plan from the last holidays)

- figure out how to edit movies .

- CLEAN ROOM . do a before and after shot, cause its TERRIBLE .

- catch up with highschool buds . possibly organise another 18th thing .

OH AND SHOPPING ! ive got a lot of birthday money that ive got to use up :D so who wants to come with me ?
