The intermittent records of a slightly socially retarded, trigger happy, newbie registered nurse attempting to defy mediocrity.. and gravity, of course.

On my quest to defy gravity, I have abandoned this blog. But the world can rejoice, because I am back. Kind of.

I've re-located most of my scattering of thoughts to my tumblr, however am keeping my lovely blogspot (of so many memories are kept) for the longer life-update kind of posts.

So my life right now:

Work has been good, and pretty much the main section of the pie graph that is my life. I've settled into my new ward, Oncology (and Haematology). I like it. It's a priveledge to be there for someone in their last days. There's a certain kind of peace and acceptance. It doesn't make it any sadder though.

I have to start thinking (well, I've already started.. and started freaking out actually.) about where I want to take my career next year. I'm half way through this year, and it's gone by so quick.

Currently, my plan is to go to Europe with Su-Wen Ng (despite my uneasyness.. I just gotta let go.. take a chance.. why not.. this is turning into a Hilary Duff song..). Cause I really gotta do something with my life. I need something to look forward to.

Then hopefully, I'll come back to a job at RAMU. I went back to RAMU a few days ago and jokingly asked one fo the ANUMs if I could have a job and she said SURE. :D Which made me (Y) She said they missed my sarcasm lolol. Fail. However, it's not up to her, it's the NUM herself.. of which I don't know very well. Sighface.

Besides that, I'm going to Synicity with my brother for food adventures. Can't wait. I need to make more money.

Anyway, I think I'll go finish that angus pie I left half-eaten for lunch. Til next time, tumblr me. 1

the about me section that can never truly fully describe a person.
it usually emcompasses the favourite movies, favourite music and all that jazz, but really when you think about it these aspect of me change every few years and can never really define me, as me.

but here are the basics anyway:
1. i'm left handed but drive with my right hand.
2. i like milk, but only safeway light milk.
3. i have a dog named phileo and he's white with a pink nose.
4. i am, after three crazy years, a registered nurse, division one.
5. i wish my life was a musical and i often burst into song and love it when people around me join in too
6. i'm sometimes just a mess but above it all, my jesus is always there to come to the rescue. he's pretty swell :)
