pavlov.

this week i finally overcame my sushi/sashimi aversion. most of you would know that in NY (05/01/09) we went to an all you can eat japanese place. the three days after, i was throwing up and could not eat anything! it was terrible and a major bummer on my holidays. it turns out it wasn't because of the sushi but of a flu bug. however, due to a one time classical conditioning effect (aka taste aversion) i could not bring myself to eat sushi again, even though i knew my sickness was not because of the sushi.

on wednesday, after climbing the 1000 steps i felt like i needed to overcome this phobia ( because honestly.. I LOVE SUSHI :D i have it everyday at uni .. ) and so my family and I went for japanese and ordered this sushi platter (amongst other dishes that could have fed 6 people)

HOWEVER, since wednesday night i've had a throbbing headache (cured intermittenly with drugssss from america that we smuggled in, the same drugs i took when i was sick in NY). COINCEDENCE? i'm not sure..
