what happens
when i cell gets infected i.e UNDERCOVER COPS!
so when cells get infected, or produce abnormal proteins or are replicating fast
they put a piece of this abnormal protein on the MHC1 (MHC2 is for the other process we tlaked about above)
and the infected cells become antigen presenting cells themselves
T KILLER can only recognise MHC1 bound antigen
and they come andmake a whole in the cell and inject granzymes and other immune chemicals to kill the infected cell 0
