i'm really happy.
i'm really happy.
tonight at prayer meeting, we went around the circle with our prayer requests as normal..
and all i said was.. "i'm good" cause i really am. i'm very happy. i'm very content.
i think God has really told me what he wants from my future, and that makes me really excited.
i really want to step up. step up as a student, step up as a friend, step up as a leader, step up as a person. i want to be more than this, and i think im on the way there. slowly, but surely.

the first two days of uni were great, i had my notes and all then done, highlighters ready, showing up and even paying attention in class. but not only that, ive been catching up with friends as well. in the past two days, there wasnt a moment when i was walking by my lonesome self which made up most of my last year. i was talking, i was laughing, i was exploring.
like today, i was walking back to uni for my 3 hour break when i bumped into miranda who i hadnt seen for 3 months & it turned out that she had a 3 hour break as well ! so we decided to head to the city.
so we got on the 109 tram, and as we approached swanston, we decided to take it to the full length -- down to port melbourne!
we walked along the beach for about half an hour and then came to this gorgeous place 'pudding and pie' and had a little chat (as well as two chocolates, a berry crumble and a warm flourless chocolate cake). it was good fun, and then we headed back into the city.. and were going to catch the tram back to uni..
when we saw.. MICHAEL KLIM ! ahahaha so we ran across the road into starbucks and watched him pay for his parking ticket. ahaha . we waited around for his car, but to no avail and walked all the way back to uni from swanston! quite the accomplishment.
after the three hour long lecture block, i was ready to head home.. but decided to follow lucy and neil for .. yes.. FOODS :D we ended up at dondon for $6 terriyaki chicken & a discussion about religion, conversion and the age old question about the difference between christianity and catholism.
a long, but good day. im quite excited about this semester. 1
